About Jupiter Tech
Jupiter Tech builds Callisto, the revenue operating system for CFD brokers. We started in 2024 with a simple observation: the infrastructure powering the trading world was outdated, and the people selling it had never had to hit a cost-per-funded-account target themselves. So we built the system we wanted to run a brokerage on, with marketers at the table from day one.
Years of integrating trading strategies across brokers, dealer plugins, liquidity bridges and CRMs turn into a decision to rebuild the stack itself.
A unified revenue operating system rather than another CRM: every client action logged, every data point a trigger, marketing, compliance, sales and retention on one record, with a universal MCP layer for AI.
The back office and the trader room run live brokerages on MetaTrader 5, and the tracking and attribution layer is available on its own for brokers who keep their existing stack.
How we work
We show what the product does today with real screens, and we say plainly what it does not do. No autonomous ad budgets, no guaranteed uplift, no lifecycle orchestration that has not been built.
Trader quality and partner quality matter more than raw registrations or deposit counts. Evidence comes from the system joining acquisition to outcomes, not from the channel or partner being paid.
Big brokers have scale. Lean brokers can have speed, if the infrastructure underneath them lets them measure and act faster. We implement in 14 days against written launch criteria.
Team
Finance and M&A, performance marketing, regulated fintech backends, cryptography and trading systems. Every conversation about a broker’s P&L has someone at the table who has built the thing being discussed.

Graduated first in a class of 300 in Accounting & Finance at the University of Manchester, then SaaS M&A at EY London. Left advisory for operations and took a prop trading firm from zero to 7,000 traders in four months. Leads the developers, marketers and AI specialists at Jupiter Tech, focused on the levers that move a broker’s P&L: marketing efficiency, IB performance, trader conversion and retention.
Off the floor: padel, the latest fintech research so the team doesn’t have to, and a standing personal record of 19 scoops of ice cream in 20 minutes.

Went the algorithmic route at 19 and built Passify: more than 70 trading strategies, from moving-average systems to low-latency, institutional-grade portfolio tools, for retail traders, brokers and prop firms. Integrating across brokers and platforms turned into an obsession with how brokerages actually function, and then into Jupiter Tech. Also founded Convertico, the performance marketing and web agency that now serves more than 40 clients.

Computer science at the University of Pretoria, then a South African dev house where exposure to every layer of the stack pointed him at fintech. Recruited by one of the country’s fastest-growing B2B lending platforms, he spent two years on the backend building KYC systems and the risk matrices used to assess businesses seeking funding: regulated infrastructure, where a defect is a compliance event rather than a ticket. Moved into trading, building MAM and copy-trading systems for a 3(c)(1) fund, before a mutual friend introduced him to Kian.

Honours at the University of Pretoria with final-year work centred on machine learning. Scouted by a dev house in the Netherlands, then the cryptography department of one of the country’s largest banks. He and Brandon became friends at university; when Brandon described a fintech product aimed squarely at the structural problems in the CFD industry, Jason came on board. The team’s backend depth: cloud architecture, cryptography, and the heavy systems engineering most teams outsource.
A letter from the co-founder
“If time isn’t guaranteed, you build like it isn’t.”
Charlton Jones, co-founder of Jupiter Tech and Convertico, on why the company exists.

At 17, I learned that time isn’t guaranteed.
A misdiagnosis led to a pacemaker implant. It was later removed, but complications left me with a blood clot in my jugular, the kind that ends things if it moves.
That broke me for a while. Building a future felt pointless when there was a real chance I wouldn’t be there for it.
Then something shifted. If time wasn’t guaranteed, I wasn’t going to waste it. I’d build, move fast, and live deliberately. A 9 to 5 was never going to be part of that equation. Trading hours for money didn’t fit how I wanted to live.
At 19 I dropped out of university to chase what I believed in. I was deep into day trading, as convinced as every other naïve 19 year old that I’d cracked the markets. Fortunately, I went the algorithmic route.
That decision changed everything. What began as freelance development became Passify: 70+ trading strategies, from simple moving average systems to low latency, institutional grade portfolio management tools, built for clients ranging from retail traders to brokers and prop firms.
Integrating across brokers and platforms, I became obsessed with how brokerages actually function. CRMs, dealer plugins, liquidity bridges, internal operations. The infrastructure powering the trading world was outdated. So we decided to rebuild it.
Jupiter Tech began in Q3 2024. By Q4 2025 we had a fully functional unified revenue operating system. Not another CRM, but a brokerage-native revenue stack with a universal MCP layer. Every client action logged. Every data point a trigger. Marketing, compliance, sales and retention on one system.
In parallel, we launched Convertico, a performance marketing and web agency. It scaled from zero to 20+ clients in its first year and now serves more than 40, including leading South African eCommerce brands and one of the largest broker groups operating out of SA, with over a million clients. We’re now building specialised units dedicated to the CFD and iGaming verticals, so the teams on those accounts already understand the regulatory constraints, the funnel economics and the compliance language before they touch a campaign.
That parallel wasn’t accidental. Jupiter Tech was built with marketers at the table. Convertico’s team worked alongside our developers so the platform is CRO-optimised and revenue-driven at its core.
Looking back, the worst period of my life became the catalyst for everything I’ve built since. I wake up doing what I love, building with partners who are also my closest friends, on systems I believe move the industry forward.
If time isn’t guaranteed, you build like it isn’t.
Jupiter Tech and Convertico
Convertico is the performance marketing and web agency that grew up alongside Jupiter Tech. Its team worked next to our developers while Callisto was built, which is why the product is organised around cost per funded trader and conversion rate rather than around contact fields. Specialised units for the CFD and iGaming verticals mean the people on an account already speak the regulatory and funnel language before they touch a campaign.
40+

Traders onboarded in four months at the prop firm Kian took from zero, before Jupiter Tech.
70+
Trading strategies built and integrated across brokers and platforms at Passify, the work that exposed how outdated brokerage infrastructure was.
